
Hello!
My name is Nina Loftus, a mother, daughter, sister, friend, your future coach. I love to support people in transforming their lives and empowering them to invest in their well-being — so they can be the best versions of themselves for their family, friends, babies, and pets.
I received my bachelor degree in K-12 Physical Education at Boise State University and my masters in Counselor Education, emphasis in Student Affairs at Clemson University. Both has given me the skill to teach, navigate sensitive conversations, and provide evidence based best practices in exercise science.
I earned my nutrition coaching certificate through Precision Nutrition in 2019. Additionally, I'm a certified personal trainer through the Brookbush Institute in 2024.
My Story
Do you remember Billy from the Taebo Kickboxing video tapes? That is where my unhealthy obsession began with Health and Fitness. It started as a fun way to bond with my mother in the mornings doing the bodyweight kickboxing classes in our living room but it eventually lead to jump-roping after every meal to only eating protein bars.
Like many coaches in the fitness industry, my journey was rooted from my insecurities and past comments from aunties about my weight at family functions. Don’t worry, most of us are better now through education, research, and experiences which is why we’re now Health coaches. The reason why I’m sharing this with you is because we’ve all experienced this in one way, shape or form and I know I was born to serve others by learning from my mistakes and teaching others how to find their fullest potential in their health and fitness journey!

The Foundation Mission
My mission is to guide you in your health and fitness journey by going back to the basics in building a strong foundation.
The Health and Fitness industry is filled with overwhelming and conflicting information that can either help or harm your goals. It can be frustrating when you've tried everything and still haven't seen results or don't where to start.
That's why I'm excited to introduce The Foundation, which focuses on discovering what works for YOUR body and harmonizing different aspects of your life to complement your health and fitness goals without compromising your well-being.
We'll start by focusing the basics of your health, including your history, sleep, energy level, mindset, and strength before we even think about shedding fat.
