No matter what program you decide, I focus on a holistic approach when I coach. This means I understand that there are different dimensions to an individual that impacts their health. I look at more than just what you eat and how you move, I zone in on your sleep, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being, as well. Those dimensions are just as important because they all play a role in your behaviors and are connected to one another -- those late night binges don't come out of no where my friend, they are linked to something deeper and I'm here to help unravel why and give you the sustainable habits to work through it.
So no matter what season you are in your life right now, I'm excited to be a part of it and help you get to your health and fitness goals!
